I see blue background in your screenshot.. that means you load a 1.2.3 noquarter demo while having the 1.2.5+ version (which uses nq path) loaded.

So join to PS#1 disconnect.. watch demo now.
Or load the mod 'noquarter' not 'nq' when you wanna watch 1.2.3 versions (and down)

If your ET crashes while loading noquarter or disconnecting from the 1.2.3 noquarter server (like PS#1), delete all .pk3 modfiles such as nq_1.2.5.pk3.
