textures problem?

Hi,
Im back to et. I had to download et again so i got it. The main problem is that my et is just bugged- i think its textures fault. Here are some screens of my gameplay.

I dont know what to do and i cannot play my best with such visual effects. I hope anyone could help me soon. Thanks for your help in advance :!:

What drivers are you currently using?

Edit: From what I can read, these problems have been fixed in 10.7, so just upgrade to the latest version (10.8).

(just to confirm ... if its ATI, yes, Catalyst drivers 10.7 are fixing the problem)
