custom voice binds

okay, first of all, move this topic if it is on the wrong section


and now for my question

i have seen lots of players, that have custom voice binds when they say something
by that, i mean like, when i do V-5-4, i say HI!
but when some others do that, they say HI THERE *name* in loads of colors

so first of all, my question is, how do i make all them diffrent things ?
wuju gave me a 30 sec lesson on it, so i know how to say hi now for example, with another text on it, but i want to do more, for example HI THERE *name*

to come to the point nao, my question is, what do i need to type, to get someone else's name in my HI or THANK YOU or whtvr ?

and a question apart from this, what buttons do you recommend me to bind em to ?
can i rebind em to the standard binds ? (like V-5-4 for HI !) ?

can i rebind em to the old vsay commands ?

like v-5-4 is "hello" right ?
or is that impossible ?
