Is this SC in Supply Depot?

Hey,

Is it SC, if as Ally you capture the flag and stay in that flag room protecting the flag? Yesterday w00t said me not to SCing, when I was protecting flag about 30secs by staying in the room till my team mates got to the building/respawned. Neither of the doors were not blown up yet. I think short period of "SCing" should be allowed in this situation, because it is one objective to capture the flag.

PS. This is not attack against w00t. I just started to wondering about this, because this is possible situation in almost every map with capturable flag.

yes it is. Capture flag and leave Flag area.

no.. defending a flag until it is "fixed spawn" its no SC

same as axis can defend the flag as long as they want (in the flagroom).
sometimes you lose - sometimes the others win

Not spawncamping. The SC rule is meant for other scenarios :)

Take it logically. It would be stupid to capture flag and then happily go out and let enemies take it.

Rulebook:

"Exceptions
The SK rule does not apply to capturable spawns, such as flags or commandposts. As long as you are trying to (re)capture the spawn ONLY light weapons (SMG, knife, handgun, grenades etc.) are allowed! "

For me, in theory, where SK is allowed, SC is allowed as well. Anyhow, yeah, good idea, let's just forget all this and stick to planting maingate first at supply :)
