Python quick connector.

Hello world, i tried to make a Python version of the quick connector.

Your Readme
Extract the .rar, create a shortcut of your "ET.exe" named "ET.lnk", put in the PQCET file.
Only for some servers (A configuration file is coming soon, sorry)
1. Advice, put a decent readme in the Archive.
2. It only works for windows 95 / 98 i tried it for XP service pack 3 & Windows 7.
3. When launched, it gives an error from the library:
