This dude is a well known russian cheater, i say well known cause he has more than 40 bans on our bans archives (not a joke). He is one of the rare tards to have his own specific topic running on our member forum. He s also banned numerous times on Alchemy and LL servers. I have to admit that he s from far the most tough parasit i had to fight. So,nice catch but don't be so happy cause he will never give up

Well.. range banning his IP would be a solution..
Or if there are reasons why it's not possible..

NQ 1.2.9 (or waiting for 1.3.0) and using the Bans.lua (credits to luborg) would be also a solution.
(as you know that 1.2.3 doesn't support .lua).

With that .lua you could ban on range and exclude guids, which aren't affected by that Ban anymore.
Usefull to safe regulars which are using same range.
(We had exactly this problem with this guy)

Furthermore good stuff for more 'parazids' in future

Banning IPs first two digits.. 123.123.***.***
Well on him it would be rather usefull as there is a really low amout of russian players generally and to meet one with exactly his IP would be like winning in lotto

Even though. Banning first two digits doesn't mean it is whole country.
Also it's not always some certain region.. depends on more stuff imo.

The regular on our servers was Hellraiser (and he isn't russian, he is polish).
- we excluded him from the IP ban by adding his Guid in the .lua/cfg i mentioned.

A global range ban is useless since he is using different IP's (different first two digits). He time to time totaly change his IP and then come for a new ban campaign

. That's how all this running since 2-3 years. Sure, i ve already tried to ban his IP range but as i said above it wont be efficient. With time , he is became a part of our server life and and in some way i would miss all this cat and mouse playing

. But the way, he use same shit hacks since years with an obvious cheap aimbot and wallhack which make him easy to catch, that s why he was never and wont be a big deal :wink:
