Try a little bit older Graphics driver. You have a quite old Graphics card, but the latest(?) drivers. Usually GPU manufacturers have compatibility for older cards, but they still have to reduce support of older cards to get more space for high-end stuff as they don't want to just increase driver size. In general GPUs work usually better with older drivers unless you have the newest high-end ultimate GPU.
I think it's worth to try. But I can't promise this will solve this particular problem.

If this problem is more probably at cold start thsi may be a power supply issue, some old PSU have the capacitors that loose electrolyte and then it works bad. You can check also the capacitors around the CPU if they are "puffed out" like here

Looking to your mentioned syndromes and my own experience i sorely suspect your power suply, it s surly something you have to check Falby . I already saw this on few PC befor and usualy it just mean that your power suply is near the end of the line. Sure the problem can also be from other parts of your PC but personaly it would be the first thing i would check.

After feeding google with ur error-message it is mostly RAM or power suply like Bow said.
This could also be helpfull since u have different RAM-modules in there: http://www.memtest86.com/
and maybe disable autoreboot--->http://www.theeldergeek.com/auto_reboot_on_system_crash.htm

Replace memory RAM If at the start, you hear three times a beep beep beep memory is defective in the first sector of 64kb. If you have two memory chips you can switch places and try and will not beep but if you have only one loan from someone or another and try to work correctly

KaboOM!!! you are dead now :>
I ve already repaired few PC with similar problems as Falby. And each time, the problem was related to improper/flawed power supplies. But indeed a bad Cpu/motherborard fan or a failing RAM modules can also cause similar problems (random reboots). So, also clean up all your fans and check if they are running well, check also your RAM modules with a soft called memtest86, if you have even a single error report, it mean that you have a failing RAM which have to be changed or setting adjusted. I m sure that your problem is a hardware one , just need to find from which component. Falby, can you send me your error logs, will try to see if i can find something on them, just follow this :
Open your control panel , then click on adminstrative tools, then click on event viewer, check both aplication and system. You will probably see few lines with a Red mark, there are erros registred by your system. Check the time (just befor your reboots) and pick up errors lines, copy/past them and send them to me, maybe i can find some additional infos there.
good luck mate
