The better solution is to have a SLI motherborad with a combination of 2 graphik cards, i have ASUS K8N SLI Premium with two 6600 GT 256 MB on SLI mode, it s cheaper than some cards about 600 euros but damn more performant. A 6600 GT series are realy cheap now and if u search in the net u can assembley a awsome PC cheaper than shit u buy in PC Shops.
I want u to donate to me the last two things..
I have Gigabyte Geforce 7600 GS...256mb ram
http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_tech ... d=27670997
and i have a little problem..only on NQ i expirience serius frame drop..
In first 5 min i can't play, its lagging so much..but after 5 min..everything is ok..weird,huh?
and my frames are maybe 10% better when with my old card Nvidia geforce mx440 64mb
if someone can help me...please do so
My configuration is:
AMD XP 2600+ (barthon)
Asrock K7VT4A PRO
Ram: 512mb
Onboard audio card
Gigabyte Geforce 7600 GS...256mb ram
Virtual ram about 1024 mb and 2 gb free space on that disc
Windovs XP service pack 2
Would it help if i buy more ram?
ooops..i forgot my connection : 1,5 MB/sec down; 384kb/ sec down

If you have 2 discs try to put the vram on a different, else just try to shutdown antivirus or disable real time protection during the game. And close as much programs as you can, et likes memory from time to time. It could be it's swapping the ram continue the first 5 min because other programs are also active and need to be writed to the ram all the time. Especially a virusscanner does that.
