Hi, I wanted to I begin with a consultation to see if someone can fix me before I had ever sounded a private message sounds during the game, and now does not work the bill but no sound. Is the problem of the game, or I have to configure anything to get it working again?

Hola , queria realizaros una consulta a ver si alguien me la puede solucionar, antes cada vez que tenia un mensaje privado me sonaba un sonido durante el juego, y ahora no funciona los recibo pero no suena nada. ¿ es problema del juego ?, o tengo que configurar algo para que vuelva a funcionar ?

You mean you can't hear private message sound when somebody sends you one ? I don't know why but you can't always hear that sound when it should come. It is a game bug because it happens to me also sometimes that the sound doesn't come.
