i kicked him on ps2 not banned him..

And i hope he will get a ban when a higher admin then me sees him, he really dont listen too me/our warn(ings) and he keeps spamming something in polish and then when i say !warn CaRlOs stop spamming polish he just keeps going on after a couple of these spams + rude behavior i kicked him , i hope this is enough infromation about it + ban him at ps2 ? or give him another chance?

ps servers have same rules...if ppl rulebreaking in 1..going to 2...he does there too >> BAN
