rulebreaking or not

i wanna ask if some1 trying to break rule but fail, is he doing something wrong and have to be punish or not :?:

imho he should be warned :!:

Clear rulebreak ! That's NOT allowed what he tried to do. If you see this player,

well with a few clicks its easy possible to change the guid.

well u could for example have more guids saved and played in the past allready with that other guide on the server, so the XP would be storaged. but ye, maybe back to the maintopic.
