Did you control that you've enabled the Punkbuster ? If not, do it.

It's a common description of a problem. It's a possibility to solve your problem but it's also possible that an admin made a ban in the past.

have you saved your etkey before formatting ?

if no, get a new one here (see here why you need to)

btw, there's nothing to help with your xp. my advice is that you save your new etkey somewhere else (usb stick, sending yourself a mail with etkey as attachment, ...) so even if you need to format again you will not loose your lvls and xp again :wink:
