i need help

i dont know why but when i play on ps3 or ps7 i have ping over 130 it isnt stable - once 100, than 150, than 130, than 100 etc, normally 50 or sth like that...
i didnt change anything in my cfg or on my pc, i have same connection, nobody use it, so i dont know any reason why it have changed...
any idea?
and if i cant fix this i think i will stop play et
