Saukko told me a bit early today that Egglaf created this script, I tought it was an "open-source" script :s
In fact it's for the LL servers, mostly the LL1 server.

I'll check this topic to see if egglaf is ok to share it =)

I thought about it and I decided to not share the script, I put a considerable amount of free time in my admin tools script and there are also some other features in it which I don't want to share. I don't have time to remodify the script so I suggest you guys made something on your own.

Check: http://wolfwiki.anime.net/index.php/ETPro:Lua_Mod_API and the lua documentation on the NQ Wiki for info about lua scripting. There are also some forums with lua scripters where you can put requests for scripts.
