i didnt read the full discussion but for me it's allowed, places that are not allowed or should not be are on the roof border upside near bridge, exact over the construction materials are.. even if u get there with a single jump map is not ment to be played like that ^^ i even see versions where u could plant under the tank b4 he parked in front of the barrier so it was indefusable but on this1 when tank parks on it the explosion doesnt kill the barrier..
