Denmarks did good job, but Holland... omg, so many wasted opportunities by van Persie or Robben. They are in very hard situation...

Germany, well, they didn't shine but they deserve it, but still Portugal was very very close to draw.

EURO <3

Tomorrow Spain :P

Only 2 goals yesterday :( Im suprised that Netherlands didnt score anything from 30 chances they had. Second match should be 1:1. Both teams deserved it. Anyway match between Netherlands and Portugal will be HOOOT!

i wouldn't start accusing the refree for such en error against Netherlands. Simply NED sucked hard and didn't deserve to win against such a modest team like Denmark. The defense is something ridicolous and the goalkeeper is just :loller: , the overall condition of the team looked low, and the proof is tha fact that at the end none had the strength to press Denmark in a decent way. Furthermore all the offensive players should cooperate more with each other, instead of trying to score on his own.

Today it's Italy day, but i'm not such confident for this match.

Death you wouldn't say Euro sucks, if Holland has won. I think Netherlands needed one more player in attack or at least van Persie and Robben to be more efficient.

Hard to say that Flower, but you probably won't be happy after today's clash.

There was something weird with grass on ESP-ITA, ball used to slow down and so the game. Lack of David Villa was clearly seen, Torres totaly out of form, maybe del Bosque should have tried Pedro, Mata or Llorente...

In second match Croatia was very solid and they played really wisely, controlling the game almost whole time. On the other hand Ireland is their easiest opponent in this group and they were little bit helpless today. Plus, in every goal for Croatia there was some luck.

I wouldn't say that flow,
ofcourse the result from italy is much better then NL and especially against a team like spain it's quite an accomplishment. However i don't think that Italy played any better then NL, NL just didn't manage to score eventhough they had like 20 big opportunities. And Spain actuallly had enough opportunities against italy aswell, but yea spain has torres xD

Overall the result from italy is far better then the result from NL, but the play was rather equal imo.

You have to consider that we didn't play against Denmark, but against the current world and europe champion, not exactly the same level :) But anyway it's true that NL had more scoring opportunities, but the the team wasn't brilliant, and if you know what i mean, you would expect NL to win and not losing, while you wouldn't expect italy to play like this.

Ofcourse you are correct in that way, thats why i said that the result of italy is definitly much much better then the result of NL. But eventhough Spain is current champions, playing against a team like spain can sometimes be easier then playing against a team like Denmark.

Anyway, let's look forward to the next round :)
First tonight France, England, Sweden and Ukraine!

Quite boring match FRA - ENG. 'Camper strategy' taken from Chelsea :D
Second match way better. Great Ukraine performance and man of the match Shevchenko. Im dissapointed of Sweden's playing. They seemed to play without any good idea.
Tomorrow battle POL - RUS. Have to buy a lot of beers...
