It's not really an admin abuse, because technically Talib isn't a member or admin, but ok, i got your point.
Sometimes it's annoying being slapped, and even more annoying if you ask to stop and the other guy won't. Anyway I think Talib was joking, and even if he wasn't, he did just 3 or 4 slaps, which is still bearable imho. Anyway I suggest you to talk with Talib and ask him not to abuse this command on you, if you think it disturbs your game.
