Can't set resolution
I play on 1024x768 resolution and it was always set and game always started with this resolution. But now, when I run the game it's 800x600 and I have to set proper resolution every time again. Setting proper resolution in game and in config files in ET folder doesn't work!!
Only thing I did, before this problem showed up, was binding keys for class change for ETpro event, which has nothing to do with changing resolution. Besides it was only for etpro mod, while this shit happens in every mod: etpro, nq, etjump.

easy:D
first U are low
second run the game without any mod and there set the resolution
than run nq set the same if it needed and than should never change to default value
PS:when ET is crash than resolution is setted to default. so don't use ant hacks it makes errors on ET and kick U to the desktop:D

Try
1) open et console
2) /seta r_mode -1
3) /seta r_customwidth 1024 -- use seta not set
4) /seta r_customheight 768
5) /vid_restart
If that does not work:
1) Right click on et icon
2) The is something like properties/parameters
3) Add this: +seta r_mode -1 +seta r_customwidth 1024 +seta r_customheight 768

There is possibility to make autoexec.cfg that sets wanted resolution, and zip it as add_name_here.pk3. Such .pk3 in etmain folder would force settings to be loaded every time you open ET.
Though I have also heard it might cause some troubles with existing autoexec.cfg's in other mod folders, but im not sure about that
If you want to try it out send me PM

When I start ET without any mod, set the resolution, save and restart, it still comes back to 800*600 :/
Try the following;
- Don't go into the game
- Go to your etmain profile > etmain > profiles > [profile name] > open etconfig.cfg with notepad or better, notepad++
- Search for r_customaspect, r_customheight, r_customwidth
- Change r_customaspect to 1, and height and width to suit your needs
- Code: Select all
example:
seta r_customaspect "1"
seta r_customheight "900"
seta r_customwidth "1600"
- Save the file
Do the same for your No Quarter profile > nq > profiles > [profile name] > etconfig.cfg
