LED display issue @ET

I've brought 23' LED display week ago - LG IPS237. And in ET I experience something weird. When there quickly changing image (f.e. when turning mouse quickly) the picture isn't as smooth as it should be. It is annoying, spoils gameplay and hurts my eyes. I tried changing maxfps for example, but 76 is worse than 125. Monitor's refresh rate is fixed at 60Hz and on my previous, classic CRT monitor, it was 75Hz, so I also thought that's the case.
But, I've tested out some other (more modern games) and this issue didn't apper or at least wasn't so noticeable. Titles:
World of Tanks
Battlefield 3
Mass Effect 3
Crysis 2

reinstall your gfx driver and set your display resolution at et to the same of your monitor

Does your gfx driver find the right monitor with name?
