If someone reports a rulebreak, we investigate.
In this case, I haven't seen demos or whatever, so we had to wait for someone, like egglaf, who can dig in logs and find the proof.

I wish you could give a little more confidence to regulars.
If two players you know for a long time telling you that there is a problem, there is a problem.
I know that there is a lack of players these days but this is not a reason to want to keep at all costs a new one.

Always glad to see your input and the activity on our server. Personally I know that you have experience, and that I can trust you, but our policy simply states that we only take action after we have gathered and seen the evidence. This especially counts in cases where a (permanent) ban is needed.

Thanks for your effort anyhow, and if you spot something in the future, please report this on the forum(with evidence, or a notion where we can find it). In this way we are better informed and are able to discuss the case. Also, I myself can't (and honestly also don't want to) concentrate on PM's while I am focused on slaying enemies!

I have confidence in Regulars and value them, and if they deserve it, they will be rewarded. Still administrating the server is a member and more Admin, HA, Server Owner issue. And as you see, we take action if needed.
