I think it won't help but you can try it anyway.

rightmouse on et -> properties -> somewhere there, execute with win xp compatibility.

It basically executes applications in older windows environments.

Hmm, maybe you could try windowed mode? And adjust properly resolution. I haven't got this problem when I played ET on Windows. Later I'll check my cfg.

Thats the most simpliest error which ever happen in Q3 engine. Most of time its just about drivers, cause that drivers operating the OpenGL system. Make sure which graphic card u have (nvidia or ati) and seek drivers on their site. Also the problem appear when u changing resolution, and if upgrading drivers doesnt help then u have to reinstall et :) Also u can try to delete useless pk3 files files from your etman folder (dont touch pak0,1,2)...I wrote it in the easiest way to do not let Cow make some mistakes :P

xd Thanks Kuna I'll do that and see what happens. :P And I tried that Big.

EDIT: Thanks Kuna! It solved the problem. :P

EDIT #2: Sure all fixed, but now I'm lagging so hard, could this be the new drivers? :(

What kind of lag it is? Do you see red lines on lagometer? If thats not your connection check that you installed compatible drivers to your graphic card.

There is already a thread on forum considering those lag spikes, which seem to be a common problem.
Check help desk section.
