Basically true, but NQ is just a mod that can be run on both original ET and ET Legacy.egglaf wrote:Nope. We run No Quarter 1.2.9.
Anyways as far as I know the servers are hosted with ET 2.60b dedicated server, but I think ET Legacy clients should be compatible with it.
So if you are planning on trying ET:L client you should be fine.ET:L FAQ wrote:Is ET: Legacy backwards compatible with 2.60b servers?
That is the purpose of this project!

OK I will try to connect, it's just that I read that ET: Legacy is not compatible with PunkBuster enabled servers.
Thats maybe a problem .
Shity normal et do not work properly on linux with amd graphic card .
Re: etlegacy
Punk Buster shouldn't be a problem on our servers, and it might cause trouble even for those using the 2.60b.
Playing on PS#7 might cause weird behavior with ET:L, as ETJump is not supported or tested by ET:L developers according to their supported mod list. But maybe Sidor & Ogr can tell more about this if they have tried it out.

Re: etlegacy
On our PS#7 ET:L works fine I didn't noticed any bugs.
Dunno how ET:L works on linux might be a problem but you need to check this by yourself GL and post the results here Hexch
