.And I from Poland Warmińsko-Mazurskie.I'd like to be _PS_ , Please help me to processing to success.I love play to PS, I and all have fun. I have thing to map list. Please to add Baserace to list .

Hello Grzegorz and welcome on forum 
About how to move on forum and for example, put request for some map like baserace.
In polish will be more precisely:
Masz po lewej stronie kwadracik z domkiem (tak pomiedzy Manu a logo Prime Squadron). Najeżdzasz na nią i tam sie pokazują tematy. Są to tematy ogólne i jak na któryś klikniesz to znajdziesz podtematy.
I tak np. żeby zaproponować dodanie mapy:
-najeżdzasz na domek
-wybierasz "-PS#1 Discussion"
-otwieraja sie podtematy przynależne do PS1 i z nich wybierasz [PS1] Map Suggestions
-przechodzisz na ostatnią strone których jest już 155
i tam klikasz na dole "post reply" i wpisujesz mapy jakie chcesz
