Hunkusage

What it means if my computer says"cannot write hunkusage"
It says it when im trying to get to PS1 or PS2

hmm befofre you connect to server open console and write there commands:
\com_hunkmegs 128(it depends how much memory do you have)
\com_soundmegs 24
Im not sure but maybe it will help you

And that should be the half of your workmemory > so if u have 512 mb memory in your pc u want to use hunkmegs 256

and if u have 1gb workmemory then u have to use hunkmegs 512

not reilly..its recommended.. but for some maps they only need 512. 128 is like the standard.whatever memory you have.

that would mean i should get 1024 hunkmegs or what?

im doing fine with my 128

gentech have 2048 mb memory!

I only have 256 mb (i know it sucks but i will get a new computer with 1 gb ram)

And Eadsplitter you could also open your et.cfg file
Then press ctrl+b and search for \com_hunkmegs
After that set the number after \com_hunkmegs to the half of your memory. Hope it helps
