Server port change

Hey, the port on server changed to 27962. Don't know (probably not) if it is intentional but it breaks Rapid's Server Monitor (I'm guessing it monitors different process on the server, etc).

No it isn't

That's the least of our problems
Apparently the server spawned an extra ET server on port 27962. It should be fixed now.
