ET/rtcw movies.

I guess many of you have watched ET/rtcw movies like clanwar frag highlights, or trickjump movies. If you have made your own movies, why dont you give a link here, or give a comment.

Here is some examples I have made:

- Made at 2006 April~

- All frags by me. Fastly done movie from .avies I had left on my com.
- Made at 2006summer~

- Trailer about our bigger movie. Frags by me and my clanmate.
Frags mostly done at 2004, but movie was finished at 2005.

Great moves. Nice, fast remix. I see that U are really good player. lol.
About compression: Use 25 fps (PAL) instead of 30 fps (NTSC).
You should compress them more (You use 640 kbp/s).
In this resolution, using Xvid 200 kbp/s should work well, without losing quality.

On those kind of movies we defautly use at least 30fps, cause it is much more smoother than 25. You can see the difference between the last clip and the other two.(last is 25fps) Some of ETmovie makers use fps like 60.

Those are yet quite small files.

Btw.
If someone have problem with watching the videos, like "I cant see anything, but I hear the music?" The problem may be in your codecs, so just ask and tell your problem+what vid you are trying to check out.
So dont delete it, if you want to see it.

The clip is fastly done, and low quality, but you will be able to see the jumps, and thats what the clip tries to show anyway. So it's not any kind of art.

It is called strafejump, cause it is based on controlling strafekeys(left/right) while jumping. It can give a huge speed boost if it is done right.

Yeah. Lna is quite easy, so I didnt mostly eaven use the strafejump. So you all can learn some without it too.

But In the end, I use it a bit almost always. You dont always need to swing the mouse, when doing it with bunnyhop (double jump).
