Post and PM problem

When I want to submit my post or PM when webside refreshs I see something like that above the topic
Invailid Session. Please resubmit the form.
But when I click second time on submit post or PM is correct. So what could it be ? Earlyer even If I click three or more times doesnt help and the post or PM was incorrect still so thats the reason of my absence on the forum. Can U help me guys ?

Yeps I know exactly what you are talking about 
You are probably using Firefox right?
The forumsoftware is being updated to the latest version last week it seems to be a little bug/glitch.
1 temporary solution is, like you said, hit 'submit' a few extra times,
another thing you could do is to erase your browser cookies/sessions (problem is that your sessions at other websites will be erased as well).
