How to fill in an abuse report

As we dont want abuse topics to become unreadable crap and/or spamtopics, there are a few suggestions/rules (its appreciated when you follow those)

a setup for an abuse report should be following:

nick: [your in-game nick obviously, the one which you get abused with]
server: [which PS server it was at]
abuser: [the admin that abused you]
abuse date: [the date you got abused]
your story: [what happened according to you]

If you havent got ANYTHING to do with or useful to add at the case, plz, do NOT post. Repeatedly doing this will lead to posts being deleted or even postcount reduced.
For information: Senior administrators ofcourse are always allowed to post, tho spamposts of these arent welcome either, but as they re seniors, they re trusted not to spam.

The admin accused will give his side of the story. Other senior admins will decide what happens, but dont expect severe punishments => its gotta be REAL bad and proven very well to get into severe punishments.
