Hunk_AllocateTempMemory

Ok, i sawed the topic from koen and i have the same problem, and i did what gen said, but when i tried to restart ET, i get this message:Hunk data failed to allocate 256 megs

i cant start up ET anymore, what do i have to do??

Edit: i readed the whole post, but i didnt understand it well, could u plz tell me what to do in steps, but not any file may loose, and my Xp, can that be the same?

if you saw the post of someone else!!
why didnt you read the rest of it? the solution is there..
and fot your problem reainstall et. easiest way..save your etkey located in etmain folder

Tukker mate i know the prob!

Your computer doesn't have enough memory to start up et!

So set hunkallocate thing down to 124 that will be enough to play the maps and start up ET! Good luck i hope it works.

Yeah, it works again, ive founed a site, i had to change in config the 256megs to 192 megs, now it all works fine:D
