Incomplete... thing

When I start one of our servers, it says NO SPAWNKILLING. Thats right, but even worse thing are the cheaters. If U put NO CHEATING, maybe they understand and put their cheats off or disconnect?

ps1 has it.. and only the childs who first tries it are scared and disconnect. pro's keep connecting.
