What makes a good et server?

Just wondering ... again

What everyone thinks a good et server is.
Mods
Admins
Maps
Cvars
Players
e.t.c

And if you for example maps say what map and if you say cvars say which cvar and if it should be on or off.

I wonder how many people will disagree

Just post all you want about the perfect server here..

Good maps.. What sort of amps?
No cheaters.. Does that mean pb on?

a server where i pawn you all

lol etpub (not how it is on ps1 though)
no cheaters (no pb to)
good admins
good players
no whiners

server located in europe (ger/nl) not usa
mod: etpub, nq
admins: patient and mature, with experience to know that when 3 maps end within 20 mins teams are unbalanced, experience to know what a cheater is etc
players: ? from all around the world all ages
rules: no sk with artillery and heavy weapons (SMG, knife nade, pistol allowed) all country langueges allowed, heavy weapons limited
misc: PB off, FF on, balanced team thingy on

Both of you said pb off... But then how to stop cheaters?

Also you said heavy weapons restrictions. But on which weapons?
Venom on or off?

Is that because people have sucky pc's and it lags on PC with less ram? i think PB should allways be ON.

A good server is one that has a friendly atmosphere with rules that are adhered to, without cheaters etc and with the support of admins.

And of course where everyone has good fun!!

Whole PS almost perfect

but here smetimes come whiners/cheaters or some else who crashes servers etc.

But i think its perfect for me x)
