Okay, First i have the problem @ PS2. When PB got enabled my mouse got blocked, I can click and move @ "ESC-menu" But i just cant move it in aiming Can someone help me since i have got the same problem on PS 3 now Really bores me, And ruins the fun

Okay, Seems like i didn't. But i actually FOUND the problem.
After each map, 2 new processes opens. Thats pnkbstrA.exe and pnkbstrB.exe With those 2 running i can't move my mouse. If i remove the processes and restart ET i can move my mouse, It's weird but can someone help me? I need to know how i can stop that/remove them automaticly so i dont need to do ctrl+alt+del --> processes --> PnkbstrA.exe ---> delete --> PnkbstrB.exe ---> delete ---> restart wolfenstein ---> 20-25 minutes later ---> see beginning

On PS#2 or 3, I dunno anymore, I had the problem that it couldn't load pnkbstra.exe. If you go to that other topic where the same problem was, you see the solution.

i'm having problems with the new pb release. I keep getting the well known "Service Communication Failure" error when i try to connect to a server. I tried to install pbsvc.exe but that doesn't even run on windows ME, so i'm kinda lost.

Note #2: Please copy the following (test) file into your "pb" directory:

http://web1.evenbalance.com/downloads/et/pbcl.dll

Then join a Punkbuster enabled server and see if you get kicked again.

this worked for my machine with windows ME, hope it helps y'all too

Do that and pnkbstra.exe wont need to run anymore i guess.

I had server miscommunication errors 2 times, But i fixed that now.. But the problem is, That only PnkbstrA.exe or PnkbstrB.exe only works solo.
But they switch duty's after every map, But i think the exit system is bugged that's why they work together and blocks my mouse.

No they dont switch duty and yes they are supposed to run together, when you startup ET that is.

What exactly does the PnkBstrA service do?

We have moved part of PunkBuster's auto-update functionality into the PnkBstrA service. This service is used by PunkBuster to update other PunkBuster components in the background while users are playing our supported games with PunkBuster enabled. By moving this functionality and others into services and drivers, the part of PunkBuster that runs inside the game no longer needs Administrator rights.

What other components does PnkBstrA update?

There are currently two other new components, another service called PnkBstrB and a kernel driver called PnkBstrK. These are not installed by the PBSVC Setup Program. They are installed and/or updated on the fly by PnkBstrA when a game is launched with PunkBuster enabled. PnkBstrB and PnkBstrK help PunkBuster look for cheats while users are playing on PunkBuster enabled servers.

To delete the new service, download and run;

Choose un-install/remove punkbuster service

Only problem is that when you enter a pb enabled server it will automatically download the new service again

Okay then my PC is bugged, Cause 1 map it opens PnkbstrA and the next map it opens PnkbstrB then my mouse doesn't work
