Sleeping
Sometimes people stays in their beds during hours and hours and cant even think about closing eyes and sleep.
Well, that happened to me and it is so unusual. This is since 4 days ago every night or 2 h of sleeping or 5 or 1 and rest of the night i just do nothing lying in the bed and waiting the morning .... ( at the same time i m working almost every 2 days 24/24 )
Maybe i am getting old ? Oo
I think that my mind cant relax and my body is too tired to relax too.
Any solutions ? And one more thing: Dose someone have the same problems at the moment ?
please no medicaments and drugs lol : D

i am currently in my holidays and i did what a sleeping expert told once in TV:
go in your bad when you are tired and stand up when you are awake -.-
and do this for around 3 weeks ... than you should have your own sleeping rythm
i tried this (and i am still trying it) but its pretty focked up because i am going at 10AM (in the morning) in my bed and standing up at around 10PM (in the evening) ... its like: beeing awake for around 14 hours and sleeping 12 hours ... so my day is allways moving for 2 hours :/
first standing up in the evening, some days later at midnight, than at the morning followed by standing up in the noon, than the afternoon and again in the evening :/
i think i am doing something wrong -.-
go in your bad when you are tired and stand up when you are awake -.-
and do this for around 3 weeks ... than you should have your own sleeping rythm

try after work to exercise .. and after that no more work , and might better no shooting games what could chance youre mood. Just drink alot of warm drinks , this could help alot.
Or , but you don't wanted , you could go to local docter and get a discribtion for youre drug , this is probally same as i used when i started my job i had so much stress and unsolved things to do. This is why i used medication.
edit, agree with golden , a massage / sauna will defently help you. Try proffesional masseuse's or neme but he might keep you up all night :')

This is a really bad situation because no nightsleep you loose all energy for the day and if you need to work it will drain you more.

Well try eat something before U get sleep. Im never tired when hungry
2 hours before going to bed do something heavy like jumping around or running around ur house. Or even better, go sauna. When bodys temperature goes down, U start feeling tired.
I never get sleep if I have done nothing at day time, but if u did 24/24 WORK ITS pretty hard to say whats wrong oO Maybe listen to relaxing music (I mean not heavy rock) or... ask a massage xD joke joke joke

Alloomma try to read some books (but not too interesting, cause this will bring the opposite effect), the benefits are: 1) your eyes are getting tired and are closing after 1 or 2 hours making you sleepy; 2) even if this wouldn' make you sleepy (the book is too interesting), you will be going more smart and inteligent every day I used this method when I had exams time at University (I slept from 4 am to 6 am only), this was really useful and helped me a lot. Of course you may make yourself unconcious for example with alcohole too, but this isn't the best solution

I really really really can't stand up, mostyle i come to late on school.
I am a reall(what they say in dutch) a sleepy head.
And if i really sleep out, i wil be awake like 14:30.
And after i wake i up at that time i am still tired.

but when i got important thing im on always on time even if it's at 7am
it's just not really interesting so why rush for it:p
im really way to much to late
this year only 2 times (yes i know 8 days school had)
last year once a 2 days i was to late
getted only 8's as point because doing to low education xD
and no i can't get higher
im going to be aq chef
and niveau 2 is first then 3 and then 4
and i need a niveau 4 education but to do that for a chef i need nveau 2 and 3
so in 6 years you hear from Grand Restaurant Blazing

And finally i can find the peace while sleeping like before. Awww really thanks guys.
I hope so that i wont have problem with too much sleeping
p.s. and omg the cofeeee movie hahhahaha its awesome and its right. Nice one Fantomas really. Anyway i dont smoke enymore since months and i drink 1 time cofee per 3 months or 4 oO hehe : D
But as i stopped smoking i replaced it with drinking of water juces and food and books and decorating clothes : D
And finally i can find the peace while sleeping like before. Awww really thanks guys.

Btw another sleeping tip: consentrate on your feet untill they feel very heavy, then on your legs, then on your estomac (the part of the body around it...) then your hands, arms shoulders and then your face. then whole your body is feeling heavy and you fall asleep.... (btw you arent allowed to move, so dont try to chase away a fly or dont scratch...)
