Problem with ET

I was playing in PS#2 and suddenly the game show me the window with 2 options:
Send & Don't send.U have to know it!

I restarted my computer, started ET and the game show the same window again.What to do ?

This happened to me once.

I couldn't be bothered to find out what the problem was so i just saved my et key and configs and just reinstalled

Is there any error message?

hmmm I think it is a error causes under windows. you'll get it behind the screen. if you know what the error is you can close the ''error causing program''. had this once too =)
