ET doesn't start anymore :/

Since this morning my et won't start anymore. Yesterday i changed some settings in my config, but that doesn't seem to be the problem since i also tried the default cfg. When i start it it loads and then just goes away, but when i start without autoexec.cfg i get the windows send error report dialog. Any idea how to fix it without a reinstall?

Only some hunkmeg and binds, but that can't be the problem since it also doesn't work with the default cfg..

It seems i have a problem with punkbuster, i just reinstalled et and that works fine. Untill i enable punkbuster, then the game crashes. Any idea, anyone?

Hm, i don't have software that's listed on the pb site know causing conflicts, and nothing was changed.. Maybe any idea where the problem could be found? =)

I did a system restore to yesterday, now it all works fine. There were some windows updates, maybe those where the problem. :/

omg i updated windows yesterday!! MAYBE ET DOESN'T WORK!! shit i gotta test it brb i will edit.
