W00t i made my personal record with syringe =).

the secred how i made this 22 kills with syringe...is...red wine

it has so good taste ^^
i fell love in red wine xD
people are saying that red wine is gods drink...
...well i want to feel piece of godness too ^^

but...sometimes if server crushes then poison sound will go away

it is sure easyer to kill with thompson/mp40 but with syringe is a bit harder...because of you miss then enemy will start to shoot xD

yes indeed to bad that my few syringe victims wosnt online

Rofl old time i own in syringe too but i with cv ops stealing uniforms poisoned all sniper finally 40 needle kill and 24 spree ( but the server i played old times have fast needle death )
