only 999 ping why? :(

I am very worry because in last time i has only a 999 ping but i cant fix it some times 700 but it's to high....

Stop all external program, in particular those which use internet bandwich (Kazaa, eMule, Bitorrent/Azareus, WIndows autoupdate, etc.).

lol... there are no programs wo go at internet ... and for 1week i has running backgroundprograms but i have a ping 60-70 and at last days without backgroundprograms 700-999

Maby u should try to change ur rate to 25000. U do this to:
>Open console
>type in console: /rate 25000
>press enter

>To check ur current rate u can only type /rate

Maybe u should go to options -> sytem -> and take ur type connection
if i dont do that i have always lags

When u play skype, bitcomet, flashget (all programs with i-net using)
If that won't help, then do u have a router ?
