Vista Sidebar Questions

Heya all i installed today for windows XP pro a vista Sidebar
Works Prima! Perfect design etc. but now i have some questions:

How i put a new Gadget in? When i downloaded it

and i have a EmAil thingy for Sidebar but it wont work, how i must configure it that it works?

You've specified "pop3" as server type but the address you used in the "mail server" box is the http (port 80) address and not the pop3 (port 110). You need to find the pop3 address for that site and use that (should be something along the lines of "pop.gmx.de")...
