Strange unban request

Reason: record of crushrs.dll

I know the howto said not to request pb unbans, but this a strange case.
I indeed have used crushrs over a year ago. I only did it in cheat servers and never ran it on any pb server.
I got kicked before on a different server for still having the dll in my et folder, so I deleted it entirely (I ran a search on my drive again now and it isn't on my drive).
Now today I was just playing on PS#2, nothing special there. All of a sudden I get banned permanently by pbbans for crushrs.dll.
I've never cheated in any PS server or even any PB server.
Is there any way I can get unbanned or will I just get banned again by pbbans?
I hope so, cuz I realy enjoy playing on this server and would hate to get banned for cheating back in the days.

it is not a weird ban someone pmed me on server to spec you which i did the moment i speced you got banned for cheating i think ban should stay if it is a pb ban you wont get unbanned

You were banned by me that means You are on MBI (Master Ban Index) or on MBL (Master Ban List)

that means if you was banned by rapid you will be banned from all ps servers sorry plz go find another server to cheat on

Yes like I said it was an old record and I don't have the file on my computer.
(I've been double checking since the first post).
I looked it up on pbbans, it shows my I got listed august the 18th for having the file.
I haven't used it for over a year and deleted the files on that day (18th).
@ bigbro, if you had a minute or so to spec me you could confirm this.

I can't believe what I'm reading, if you do accuse me of cheating I would like to know what cheats that would be.

How can you see what bot I'm supposed to be using by spec?
Can I issue a rescan of my system to prove it?

Edit: The accusition is not false, but outdated.

1st: It doesn't matter when you got the ban because it will be automated in some day.

2nd: Please stay out of the unban topics and let admins to make a decisions.

I've sent a ban appeal at pbbans.
I will let you know the moment it gets accepted.
I'll just have to revert to playing crysis and F5'ing the crap out of this topic.
I just want to play again

I'm sorry for double posting but I told you I was going to update you on the pbbans situation.
The appeal got denied because the file was in fact there at that time and there is now way to prove I was or was not using it at the time.

So to sum up why I think I should be unbanned I would like to compare the situation to smoking. (yes I know xD)

So over a year ago I stopped smoking.
I entered a public library on 18-08-07.
Because I was doing so the police kicked in the door to my place and searched for tabaco.
Me being untidy leaving stuff around in my house they found a rotten and empty box of cigarettes, wich has been laying there for almost a year.
That got noted by the police and I got kicked out of the libary.
So now everytime I try to enter another libary I get kicked out for the empty box.

To add something to that:
If I were to even have the file again on my computer, I would be banned by PB within a minute or so.
That means if you were to unban me and I would try to cheat I would get banned.

I'm not a bad guy.
I for instance know braini, hes helping me developing my map.
I play fair and realy enjoy playing on PS#2.
Please don't make me change that to enjoyed.

my oppion:

1: Your PB Banned!
2: Rapid has catch u (so all ps server ur not able to play on)
3: Spec then u know iam not lie (good.. altough everyone can say that cause they eazy to put off your hax)
4: Ive not spec u but if rap catch u and ban ya for all ps server there must be a good explaination for it.)

Beside that, there must be a file renamed in a other name on your pc that confirm that dll file or so.
and u know ? if u had it always a double check file in 1 of the other maps like (TEMP) and its writing on the hard disk untill full complete uninstallation.

i can confirm a high admin about it to discuss in af about this but i think it aint gonna work.

So Next time be more carefull.

For 1 and 2, I know and it was not for cheating but having the means to cheat and forgetting to remove it.
For 3, if I get unbanned you can spec me for the rest of my gaming days on any server, I challenge you to prove that I'm 'just saying that'.
For 4, I know pbbans is considered prety darn credible, but I already explained why that doesn't apply in my case.
For besides part, I ran a full system scan on all my hard drives, even though I read that PB only scans in the ET folder.

And since your an admin you should know:

It's not "my" decision to ban You. It's our policy which not let to play players who are listed on MBI (Master Ban Index) or at MBL (Master Ban List). And if I unban You then You will be auto kicked, beause our PS Ban System is on the way.

About your ban;
We really couldnt care less if it was you, the queen of england, president bush or bin laden etc..

the problem is that your guid is tainted and therefore being banned from our servers, its our policy like Rapidhail already described.

With all this being said, i think its wise to lock up this thread
