what members should do

members only have to make the server clean of:

- spawnkillers (tell them to stop, if they keep on only kick them)
- teamkillers (warn them, only kick/ban if they do it for fun)
- teambleeders (warn them, only kick/ban if they do it for fun)
- cheaters (dont show mercy! ban them all but do demo

)

i hope the members can follow this little rules
