Windows Vista, ET and Keyboard Language

got a problem and can't fix it so i thought i will bother the forum a bit with it. since i can run ET with windows vista i'm already happy (tnx to sebbel, wastl). but i got a problem, when i play like 2-3 maps my keyboard switchs automatic sometime from german to english keyboard. thats annoying like hell cuz it looks i'm always drunken when i try to make smileys or write something with z & y ^^. even if i don't play in fullscreen i can see on my task its setted on english while i have ET as mainscreen. if i switch to the background it switchs to german, like it will joke me a bit :s maybe someone got a solution for this, if not also not a big deal.

Pressing SHIFT + CTRL at the same time perhaps?
