I simply banned a name stealer (fake [RT]Frosty!) who after 2 warns and a demote from lvl2 to lvl0 still didn't do anything.

Also the guy soul banned talked ot me after ban and he says he isnt going to ask for unban request.

Also he says he didnt see the warns O_o even though everyone else did
