Can anybody tell what is wrong?
When I'm shooting, the middle of my Display has the same blackyellow bulls**t too ..
Its Only at PS4

I had that problem too, but at Counter-Strike Source which will happen when you installed the models in the wrong way. (Wrong folder could be.)
Since PS#4 use Santa models and things, so the best way is downloading the .pk3 file again and put it in etmain.

I'm not 100% sure. But that could help...

remove all the mod pk3s from your etpub folder ... the server is setted sv_pure 0 => all your mods (skins, sounds) you got in your etpub folder will be displayed
