Use "edit" button to edit a post.

And click on "Profile", then write your BBCode inside the "signature" field (like [ img]url to image[ /img])

1)<a><img></a> is HTML code and the forums use only BBCode. ([img]source%20to%20image[/img])
2)Open Photoshop.Go to Image>Image size>Check Constrain Proportions>And put ur size
3)Upload it in photobucket.com; imageshack.us and use the code for forums in real size
