ET on UBUNTU (LINUX)

Hi everybody who play with linux... can anybody tell me how to use ET minimizer or software like this??? I' find "ETSWITCH" it work, but when I switch to desktop and then again to ET, the mouse doesn't work... so what the problem??

In othe LINUX forum I read somethings with virtual gnome or virtual desktop, call wit key sequence "CLTR+ALT+F7" or "CLTR+ALT+F8" ... but it doesn't work.. .can anybody axplain me how to do???

Ah, another thing in UBUNTU, If I play with SKYPE active, (on calling) sound doesn't work... ok teamspeak is better... but in Windows Skype and ET works toghether... :(

I got a Hider too for my games at school, when a teachers wants to pass i press one button and the screen minimalized and dissapears from the bar below

here you can download and registrate it, it works nice for me, but im not sure if it works for Linux

@scuba: It wont work or shouldnt work, bcoz its named .exe (Windows executable) and Linux uses different kind. But dont know if it works on wine (Windows emulator)

I dont use those kind of things. I have never used a minimizer myself. And I dont use skype either so srry, I cant help ya :/

note: SDL based games using SDL-1.2.11 breaks compatibility.


I remember having some little problem like you when I was using it... but I need to try with my up2date Linux config (actually I have SDL 1.2.12 on my distribution, and 1.2.13 is the latest)
