How to post a demo?

Hello everybody! I cauhgt an hacker on PS 3 but i donno how to post the demo.. can someone plz help me??

Ur demo is located in ModOfTheServer>name of the map.smth
Upload it here and then post the Download link in Caught a cheater forum
