name stealer?!

Hmm, today there were two peepz online by the name of Gintaraila.. He's a regular on PS 5.. No unusual behaviour, but I thought better to report it..

Yes, I have seen those guys..
One of them is lvl 5 "player" i think and the other is lvl 0 "guest".
I tried to tell the latter one to change his nick by himself but he didnt want to. He said "Why? It´s my nick" And i didnt have the authority to !setname so i just left the case. ( There were so many other things going on at same time )

ok its a bit confusing and you must look very exactly when you want to punish one of them.
for me i see not realy a prob to let them play. its no namechanger or something. like on ps2 we have 2 ppl with name Rokka
