Admin pls do your work!

i play only 30 min on ps 2 and i see only rulebreak. map was braundorf.

after the last post of PS soulblade i keep the hope that next time it was better, but nothing.

i have a demo but i can not see on it the sk or names.

i must say i lost more and more the fun to play on ps server. in last time i see many many shit of this rulebreaks and admins i think are to nice. ofc its not my right to say what you to do but i think you must kick ( with lost of all levels) ban or other.

i have no time to play without fun. its a game, its make me happy to play with friends. but where is the fun when i come and join the game and was kill in spawn, become insult of other language and so on?!

when i start to play on PS so i see that player become ban for SK after first warn ( me too on first day on et :oops:

)
but i read the ruls and lern!
Who lern when admins say pls stop it...blabla
kick for 5 min and so on.

i had it realy.

AND you ASK why Ps lost players???????

its not only a ps2 problem. its a problem of ps server.

be fair and do your work pls.

ps2 is my home, ps server my country, and the hope die to last.

PS 5 doesn't have these problems as far as I know =), you can always join there if you had enough of rulebreakers.

You could also call an admin from the other servers. I'll join ps 2 NOW to see what's going on.

I do my best to keep this server clean, but as you know my exams start in 2 days now and it's not the best time for me to spend all my days there banning rulebreakers.

Btw as you have already noticed, some harder policies have taken place on PS2. We'll keep in this way in order to get rid of those fun killers. It has already started.

I setted some HA an undercover flag for an easier job. It seems to work but results will prolly take some time to appear.

Anyway, don't give up, post demos screen shots, etc... and mesures will be taken against rulebreakers. Harder mesures than before that's for sure.

Just give ichi and I some days to finish our exmas (will end on thursday) and we promise to be more and more online after that.

But please be a bit indulgent with us. When we see the few consideration some of you show us for admining... You all see the admin work as a duty (cf. your post : "do your work pls" as you said) but it's not an easy task you know, and showing us more respect will maybe encourage us in our "job" as you said... Think about it when you'll have some free time...

I've just been on PS 2. I only gave a little warning for SK everything else looked good. I don't know if it's because of my tag :roll:

first thx for your fast answer,

and second i have many respect of your work (ps member) and i understand that you can not all time online why we have all a real life.

i look on server monitor and see all days the same admin online and i ask me what do the rest of admins?

93 admins are activ, ps add new member and i see that only a handful of admins regular online!

pls dont understand me wrong.

so i think that new admins play for lvl and when he take a member they go afk?

lol

nobady can watch the rules all time so i think other admins must watch it.

ofc all member do it in free time.....

i hope you all understand what i mean, it make me angry to see what player do. i dont speak about the new ps player, and every player with a littel bit brain understand the rules. i can not understand that player with lvl 2,3,4 etc do so many shit

it is not a private critique on you soulblade. but i think other ps member can do more for this community.

Think we should be more flexible with admin levels for regulars,

if you got more then lvl 4 we expect you not to rulebreak and to follow the rules (also when there arent Admins online) if not, a demotion should be a good way to show we DONT like the behaviour you showed

I believe demotion is a good and powerfull way to show how we think about people, and i also think (if someone gets demoted) this should be informed to all HA so they wont get their lvl back in the same week,

keep in mind we aren't gods, and we don't want to have players to see us as gods..

but demotion is a good way, its hard to tell all players this, but we will use it only for regulars, because we expect them to know the rules and follow them with or withouth admins.

So we , like ppl already saw if they play on PS#2 , will warn them and will tell them the conseqeunce's ( demotion ).

We will be there, undercover or not. But this rule is for all regulars.

I hope soulblade will keep on doing what he is doing atm, and that is punishing them on the right way, not banning ppl but demoting them. so they have a chance to correct there way of playing.

And with this all said, i promise to help @ PS#2.

i hope critique is not to unfair.

i try to help for more fun for all player on ps with this topic and i see member notice it.
but only the member they often around on ps. all the other ps admins afk?

ofc nobady can play everyday but from 91 admins replay all thime the same. (thx

i dont know its right to say it here, when is forbidden pls delete post...

i was a littel bit around on other serv and community`s and i must say that the admins really hard.
i see 3 bans in 5 min about insult over long time. kick player when they was afk and on the most server was 2 or 3 admins online. so the server was full.

when i look on server monitor on ps site and see ( not only today) when admins of 1 server the server are full so i think that more player have the same problem as I understand it. i look on member list and they so many admins nick that i never see around on ps. :oops:

Prime squadron is a good and big community but 10? regular admins are to small to manage it.

Well I think other members just check the forums from server(s) they usually play... So most of the replies you'll see on this topic are/will be from members who play on PS2.

And don't worry we clean our member list regularly so almost all the members you see in Memberlist are actually active. :wink:

(even if some are AFK)

I totally agree with thomthom with these admin issues.

IMO Admins aren't ACTIVE enough. Of course some of us knows that admins has their own jobs , schools etc
