Server changes

Here is a little summary of those changes we made on PS2

commands

- mutli-languages rulebook added

* The rule book is now available in : english, french, german, dutch, spanish, suomi, estonian, polish, bosnian. The available languages can be checked during game via !languages
* Available for level 3 and higher (cause of a bug which make the server crash when !rulebook is used during intermission. Will be fixed soon)
* Syntax : !rulebook language (!rulebook english f.e.)

- brand-new Shotgun War script

* Can be launched with !shotgunwar and stopped with !shotgunwaroff
* Available for level 26 and higher
* Still in progress (some stuff will be fixed soon)

gameplay

- landmines can now explode under teammates' footsteps
- adrenaline now boost only stamina not health
- one panzer and one mortar per team
- cam added on mortar
- no more gravity for panzer rockets (shoot straight)
- soldier bar speed setted lower (in order to avoid that the panzerfaust reloads and shoots too fast)
- soldier skill levels fixed (level 10 lowered from 10000 to 1000 XP)
- revive a player give him a temporary invincibility (2 seconds)

scripts

- !knifewar/!knifewaroff !pistolwar/!pistolwaroff !panzeron/!panzeroff script files fixed according to the new server configuration
- !shotgunwar/!shotgunwaroff now available (cf. upper)

news

- some news added : 420, bozo, chainsaw, evilhomer, ice, ichi, lisa, mrmen, nimp, prodigy, psc, soul, storm, titten, warren
- old news list : adios, amadeus, angelo, baby, badboys, boom, brb, enjoy, feelgood, gratz, hax0r, hey, lady, littlenade, monster, neme, rollin, roof, sexy, trance
- command !news available for level 18 and higher
- !listnews command (level 18 and higher) updated according to recent news add

up-coming changes/planed tasks

- !maplist : display the current rotation [/done]
- !rulebook language : need to fix the server crash bug when loaded during intermission
- !shotgunwar : need to fix some config settings but already available and working
- testing the new braini's GFX pack, some bug remains which will be fixed soon
- planed installation of etadmin mod
- brand-new level sytem coming soon

commands

- Du to server crashes, the command !listmaps will be temporary removed, in order to be fixed

gameplay

- Panzer removed, du to the TK/SK amount
- Chicken nades added

scripts

- Brand new "Only Head Shot mod" with akimbo on a dedicated arena will be released soon - Test period
- Funmap script planed update, with a new special fun map

up-coming changes/planed tasks

- !rulebook language : need to fix the server crash bug when loaded during intermission
- new PS common level sytem coming soon on PS2
- ETAdmin mod will be installed soon
