i miss something on the !rulebook

last days i play on ps2 and 1 guy do selfkill in front, i tell him it is forbidden, so i do the command in his language. but he say he see nothing and i see its right.

but on faq:

No Selfkill in battle Selfkill is NOT allowed nor appreciated when you are in battle (i.e. shooting/firing at your opponent).

Exceptions

Selfkill is only allowed when you are not in battle, for example; because you are out of ammo and/or your team is ready to re-spawn.

so can someone add it to rulebook on server?

i think it is better for all and we have no more misunderstandings.

Your Right, but the !rulebook command also says this is a short version of the actual rulebook found on the website (doesnt it?)

yes this is right, but i think random player dont read on forum rulebook.

and on the old rulebook was it too.

Well i think the rulebook should be kept smaller and compact. if its for example 20 lines and its done like 3 times a minute its getting kind annoying (imo)

But if i think the most important rules are in the rulebook and its fine this way. if you warn him about something that doesnt stand in !rulebook i think you shoul direct him to our Rulebook on the Website

Well, i translated the rulebook to hungarian and i wish to load to the server couse i play here lot.
I dunnow where i can take it and this topic is the closest to rulebook so here :
the hungarian translation:
